...still mourning...
I am pretty much aware that Filipinos have the common trait of being optimistic and moving on as ‘though nothing actually happened just as they would rebuild their broken homes every after a storm.
I am also pretty aware that it is Ondoy’s anniversary, but this had nothing to do with this or the Filipino’s optimism.
This is about what Filipinos forgot.
